If I remember correctly, you should be able to take off the inner fender liner, and the radiator shroud without removing the front fenders. Removed the old fuel in the Rubicon and replaced it with new fuel. 2. Opened the carb and cleaned it out with carb cleaner. 3. Cleaned out the air cleaner housing. I checked and the carb is getting fuel.
