Did premium processing for i140 and got approved in Nov 2021. Interfiled medicals in November. Presently, combo card is yet to be approved and still waiting.
I-485 (General) EB1 India. Filed everything concurrently. Got approvals on i140, EAD, and AP. Received combo card as well. My PD is going to get current next month. My case got transferred to NBC. I was checking the FO processing times for Newark and it is 24 months. For some FOs, it's even worse.

NBC all of a sudden started processing I-485 cases for EB1-2 cases. So NBC definitely has the capacity to process I-485 cases for EB1-2 cases that they transferred to god forsaken LIN or SRC. It is that easy. Once your file is digitized at the beginning of processing, they can transfer the files easily.
