OneNote itself is not specifically a D&D-based app but there are templates for it out there that are. Like ones that set up a character sheet in a page, or insert a searchable spellbook, etc. I use Obsidian. There's a lot of user-made plugins that are useful for d&d, including a stat block renderer and dice rollers.
