The CNY SPCA reports that over 50 dogs were seized from a "hoarding house" in Westmoreland. The dogs "were kept inside, not let out and were in extremely unsanitary conditions," the local SPCA stated. The dogs were mainly Beagles and Beagle/Chihuahua mixes. The dogs ranged in age from a few days old to around 14 years old.
