The streak was reset to 0 and we lost all our perks. The next game we successfully exfilled and it suddenly said exfil streak is 9, like the game forgot to reset the number properly. But we still only had the one perk. Then we won again and got streak = 10, but it only unlocked the second perk.

I've had the same issues as you, some were able to reach 10 exfils, some stuck at 8, some stuck at 2, some stuck at 4. Somebody just posted a video showing off a few operators with 10 streaks, probably have to go in sequence. Yeahh true. I got rid of one of my 8s, we’ll see how it goes.
