5 star is the most unreliable cab service company I have encountered. I've been using them for about the past ten years and the last 2 years have been the absolute worst. There are moments where the cab arrives in about 1-5 minutes. But the majority of the time the dispatchers say it'll be 5-10 minutes and I'm stuck waiting for about 30-40 minutes. I call for a ride to the airport the guy shows up five minutes late then takes me the longest way to get to the airport just to tack on more miles so he can overcharge me. The most direct route from my house to the airport is 7.4 miles the route he took was over 11 miles and he charged me $32 . Never mind the smell in his cab OMG.
