The first was 2 years ago and they did not allow us to walk with any alcohol and unable to view the track when in the beer tents. This trip was the 50th anniversary of the track.Gainesville Raceway is a quarter-mile dragstrip just outside Gainesville, Florida. It opened in 1969 and is most famous for hosting the NHRA's prestigious Gatornationals event since 1970.
