For example, my SE has the Sports Appearance package which has, instead of 225/65 R 17 tires, 225/55R 19 tires and 19 inch wheels instead of 17.The lights should not blink on and off when attempting to crank the engine. That is generally an indication that the battery voltage is being drawn too low by the starter, OR the connection is not allowing enough current to pass, and thus also drawing the voltage too low.
