Nevertheless, I pulled the DC cable from the cell and the center pin is loose and can almost be pulled right out. There is also a drop of water leaking out very slowly. Ruthenium is also conductive and a catalyst. As it wears down from use and the self cleaning process, the cell becomes less effective, and starts the AMPS start to change. Eventually, the cell will not have enough Ruthenium left to work, and you will get a General Fault code. This can't be fixed.
