It took a while to get thru, but they resolved my questions. They apologized for the wait, but said they have been swamped with calls. Then unscrew and remove the hammer assy from the rear, then remove the nipple (assuming #11 ignition) and plug. Clean and dry everything thoroughly and you should be fine.
