Under Assign, edit the “any” clothing option - there will be a slider for % and set the minimum to 52%. Then whenever clothes they are wearing reach 52%, they will remove it. Just make sure you have other clothes to put on or you’ll get a lot of unhappy nudity. Pawns will seek new clothings once theirs is tattered. The tainted clothing is in my main stickpile. I think its no longer needed in A16 since pawns choose better the clothes. If there are non tattered clothes available when they have tattered ones, they will switch. In A15 you had to enforce it by allowing 51% or more. In my case I just set to craft some dusters, button down shirts and pants from time to time.
