Packet loss and burst can still occur because the game is poorly optimized but with this it should be playable I also have 3060s and an i5 and you might wanna lower your graphic settings as well. I suggest Normal textures, no aliasing or occlusion and here's a smaller overlooked setting.. lower your shadow resolution.
