no. even if you reforged with kanai's cube (which you don't have cuz ur not lvl 70) it would come out a lvl 20 sigil. the only way to reliably farm that is to upgrade rare wiz offhands in the cube, and as I said i'm pretty sure you can't do that yet. my main point in posting though is to state you relly shouldn't be worried about any gear pre ...
