If v10 didn't help, you can try to set the loader to IOS58 instead of cIOS. in USBLoaderGX, you can do it in the settings>Loader Settings>Loader's IOS: 58. reboot the loader, and try again. The official IOS58 has a better compatibility with USB drives. It should work with writing games to the partition.
