TL;DR: Use Occult Brawler, he's just too damn good. If you use Counterattack, make sure you time things carefully if you want to his OB's A2 when he has 5 debuffs to get an extra turn. Recently got an OB as well after running FB for months. I believe OB is slightly better and I have Counterattack. Without counter attack I’d assume OB is much better.
