It's good for early xping primary weapons, up around lvl 15 -20 it will go back to having to farm it because the xp will jump to higher lvls to complete. Dirty Ice on hard is also pretty good. Not as much xp as gold and sharke but you really don't have to do much. Around 1200 per heist and it's very easy.
