Do you think it is worth the hype for healing an anal fissure? I’ve not read good things about it on this subreddit. I googled it and it says "#1 MOST EFFECTIVE". I simply dont trust any company that advertise their products like this lol.

I have yet to see any studies that prove Pranicura or other OTC medications have the capability to heal anal fissures (let alone provide pain relief). If these studies existed, Pranicura would be a prescription medication making $500/script instead of selling OTC for $50/jar.
