Att active armor not working.
The AT&T guy who helped me said that Active Armor's issues is with their server. He also told me to give it an hour or two and call the 611 number. I keep sending report logs to AT&T for the app. I cannot access the app at all! I'm at the point of desperation now because Active Armor is still not working for me.

It's been over 6 months and ATT still hasn't fixed my issue. I recently bought a new phone a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and active armor won't work on it either. I was told the issue was because my phone number was ported from a different carrier. I get that but my calls are getting blocked by ATT and I have no way to access the block list.I am on iOS 15.6 on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Background App Refresh and Celluar Data are ON in iPhone Settings > ActiveArmor. eSIM is AT&T and active and set as Default Voice Line. Cellular > Cellular Plans > AT&T > Voice & Data > 5G ON. Physical SIM is not AT&T, but is inserted, and switched to OFF. I see some strange behavior in settings.Here's what worked for me. At this rate, I'm getting frustrated with customer service.
