Go 30 over this time and then 10 over for each rebuilt after. If you go 60 over now then when it comes time to rebuild you will be screwed and have to buy a new block. Like.

Loads of 2 bolt small blocks were raced all through the 60s. The dz 302's although rated at something like 290 hp actually ran over 400 hp. I beleive they were 2 bolt in 67 and 68.
