Gsg firefly problems.
As everyone else said, this thing has a few issues. Mine gives me a hard time depending on which ammo I use. It’s not the worst thing but my purchase for this gun was so that I had a firearm in the house for my wife to use in case someone tried to break in while I’m not home.

Here's my experience: The first time I took it out, I put 300ish rounds through it. Yeah, the trigger isn't nice at all, especially in double action. It feels cheap and isn't particularly smooth.
I am having an issue with my GSG-5. It will eject the shell but as the bolt closes back it catches the spent shell in the bolt, mostly pinching the front of the shell closed, and jamming. I can rotate it 45 degrees to the right side and it will run the whole clip. The double action trigger is abominal and the single has a long reset. Way better off with a TX-22 either the regular or competition model. I have both and love them. With the original TX-22 I put 15 rounds on a upper body steel plate at 50 yards in about 6 seconds. The mosquito/firefly is made by GSG.Since SIG Sauer is no longer being exported from Germany to the US, the Mosquito is no longer going to be available from SIG Sauer. SIG should have never put their name on that gun. It just isn't a good gun. My GSG will not fire. The other day I completely stripped my GSG 1911 to do a thorough cleaning and lubing, including taking the firing pin assembly out of the slide. I sanded the slide grooves with fine sand paper to get the slide action smoother as suggested in several Youtube videos on 'tuning' this gun.
