I get code p0300, random cylinder misfire, and sometimes one or more codes to a specific cylinder (P030X). There are no symptoms - no engine running rough, doesn't die, etc. I can't reliably reproduce the code after blowing it out with the reader, but so far it seems off-roading or bumpy roads (vibration) will set it off. It stayed on through a few cycles and I got it scanned at a local O'Reillys. It's not on now - not sure if it went off itself or if O'Reilly cleared it.
