For those that may want to see how a 2 stage clutch is adjusted I've attached a picture that shows the simple proceedure. This particular tractor is a Ford, but its similar to others. Its a dual stage clutch. I replaced the main and pto clutch disks as well as the pilot and throwout bearing. There is adjustments for the three release fingers and three for the pto clutch disk.
