Hello there, I have a 2002 f150 5.4l 2v truck. It has codes p0354, p0355, p0356 and p0358. I change coil packs, sparkplugs, IAC, cam and crankshaft sensors, clean throttle body, used injector cleaner in the gas tank and still running bad, truck shakes while driving and hesitates when i press the gas pedal.
