Plex remote access not working.

Had my Plex server working remotely for over a year now issue. Honestly I don't watch much remotely but I used Plexamp a ton in my car for music. I have the lifetime pass, I have enabled port forwarding on my Asus RT-AC66U firewall/router, I was able to check port 32400 is working fine behind my firewall, but when i check from the outside i get nada.
