And the real hard setting is 6 monthes later...not Apoclypse. For a first time player, Survivor (or perhaps even Builder) is probably better. Basically speciality houses (gas stations, police stations, shops, warehouses etc) now can't get flagged as survivor houses. Only residential houses can be survivor houses. And there is a limit on how many rooms this house kan have to qualify as survivor house so you can't get the whole apartment complex spawn full of tools or weapons. 3. War-inc.
