I'm in the gold rewards tier. I think I should be in a higher tier because I have been a steady customer since 2010. I have moved twice during that time, but reconnected right away at new address. I don't know my full account number from other address but I have old xfinity emails with the last 4 of the account number that goes back to 2010.
