Sep 20, 2020 · Looked At the back of the Orbi And saw the flashing red LED by the power button. Turned off the power and return power had a greenlight two minutes later it went to a flashing red. After doing this a couple of times I did a reset using a paper clip are in the factory reset opening. I still have the same problem. Message 3 of 3.
Sounds like hard reset and resetting to factory settings are the same thing. So I did another hard reset on the router. The ring light came up pulsing white for 5 seconds or so and then went solid white again. And there it's stayed for the last three hours or so. I'll leave it alone until tomorrow just on the chance the reset is really really slow.
