Feb 14, 2014 · The issue is, basically, if I hand cycle the slide and ease it forward, the slide will get stuck about 1/8" out of battery. I then can push the slide forward the rest of the way. Like I said, it doesn't affect live firing, but the P89 I owned in the past wouldn't get stuck out of battery when doing this, so I wonder how normal this is.

Failures During Feeding and Extracting. Failure-to-Eject (FTE) and Failure-to-Feed (FTF) have been another issue with the Security-9. Most of the FTE issues seem to be related to break-in, with the problems mostly going away after around 300 rounds have been fired through the gun as the chamber and moving parts break in.
