Sneak and look at the rock in the back. You should find an invisible chest. It's the Khajit Caravans inventory. Take it with no worries and sell it.

That chest is actually the kajiit caravans selling inventory, and every 48 in-game hours every store's and vendor's supply gets refreshed. Sooo...
