Haven’t shot I t enough to give too much on pattern. Can’t speak for a shockwave, but for years I’ve regularly used a 14” 870 SBS for work, and it’s a lot of fun. The short pistol-style sight aperture leaves a lot to be desired though. Great for long-range slug accuracy, but not as easy to pick up quickly for CQC.

Plus it will give me a fun short toy while I'm waiting forever on a stamp. Any issues on using the Shockwave for a SBS build since it isn't a shotgun to begin with?
