The SIG M11-A1-D is one fine firearm and fits in nicely with my other SIGs, P239 and P226. I added a Crimson Trace Laser grip and had trigger work completed. Went to qualify and first shot had an FTE with the next good round butting up against the back of the non-extracted spent round. I cleared and finished the next few rounds required no prob.

Apr 25, 2019 · The M11-A1 has a pretty stiff factory mainspring. Maxed out the gage (12lbs) part way through the DA pull. It was pretty ridiculous on mine. 18# spring worked with a DA pull around 10.5 lbs but 17 didn't so I'm going with a 19# just to be on the safe side. I'm running a 19# in my P220 with no troubles so I'm going with that.
