I’ve been using the chipotle app for years. Maybe 2-3 times a year I’d have an issue and would make a complaint on the app, would always receive something like free guac, entree, whatever. Went the other week, my order was the wrong one, decided to complain to pepper and all it said was were sorry, we’ll do better.Can’t get into account. So I’m frustrated.
