I started using it religiously for 1 month (twice a day, once in the morning and once in the night). I dont know if I used it incorrectly but I feel like it made things worse. Before my pain was on and off but now it seems like it is always on. Any movement I make seems to aggravate my chest. I also developed this sensation of a lump in my throat.
