Whilst initially disappointed, I thought that Keter customer service would send me a replacement part but their customer service team has not made contact despite numerous attempts to contact. Exceptional customer service. I emailed Keter with a problem relating to storm damage. Their customer service could not have been more helpful. I received an exceptional level of care and service. 6 days after the storm and 4 days after my enquiry, my problem has been resolved and my storage is back to normal. I repeated the message a week later. Since June 13th, I have not heard back from Keter's North American Customer Service. Again, it is a nice looking shed and the construction from recycled materials is admirable and desirable. I wish you good luck if you need customer service from Keter. As you sort, go through everything and make two piles separate from the items you’ll be keeping. One of these piles should be for trash, and the other should be for donations. I contacted Keter UK for help and they took the parts identification and sent me a new lid out within 3 day. Such a brilliant company and outstanding customer service. Great customer service. I have the Keter Factor 6x6 and the doors blew in during a winter storm. I thought that was the end of the shed and as it was less than 6 months old I was very disappointed. After looking at it for a couple of months I decided to mail Keter and I am delighted with their service. Great Customer Service.
