The sulphur like smells implies an infection, and, in this case, it's probably your sinuses even without other symptoms. A ct of the sinuses would check for that. As for the stool smell, I don't think that's an infection, but a stool sample sent to the lab would check for that.

EDIT So it's really just the ocean smell/taste that's the problem. It doesn't sizzle on the nail, so I'm assuming it's not sulfur that's leftover in it. Sounds like an extraction was ran on unproperly finished buds. An oceanic smell is pretty common when using seafood byproduct/fish fertilizers and then not flushing.
