The L210s are significantly light but also have a lower threat rating. They are tested by Hesco to stop intermediate rifle rounds like 5.56 and 7.62x39 but will not stop full size rifle cartridges like .308. A level IV plate like what OP posted will stop the above threats all the way up to a .30-06 AP round.

Hesco 3611C 3+ plates would be an option. It's about 1.5 lbs lighter per plate but you don't have M855A1 protection. Trade off for the lighter weight. Could also do the Hesco 4601 to get up to IV protection at a bit more weight (7.6 lbs/plate) but in your budget.
