I have two identical guns with identical optics, torqued the same (properly) and with several 1000s of rounds downrange. I keep checking the torques and they are holding. I have a Glock 19 with taller Iron Sights, and they obstruct far too much of the RDS window. I consider the current setup on my P365 just about perfect.
