A newer track tractor or something with front duels and 50" rubber would probably handle it fine. The problem with using HP when CCS is going has come and gone all spring. My guess is something wrong is Valve Block on the planter that is not letting the CCS circuit return its oil free without restriction back to the tractor. Check the 5R solenoid for magnetism, no magnetism will indicate a break in the wire, or a fold control box issue. The wire that should be powered for the fold position is green and comes off pin B at the fold control box.
