Crossover intakes. Modded airbox. Full Muzzy.I would suggest putting in the oil return into the rear cylinder like a lot of people have. But you might be able to get away with just plugging the hole in the airbox that the crank vent goes to.. And extending the vent line. Find a multi-meter. Check to make sure that your battery has 12V~ at the terminals. The solenoid is located between the airbox and battery underneath the seat. It has two large wires (one coming directly from the battery) and two small wires connected to it. The large wire connected directly to the battery should have 12V~ all the time.

If there is lubricant, then that could be the issue. If the primary were to go on to far, the cooling fins on the back of the clutch could hit the metal plate behind it. An 1/8th inch out is pretty far. Need some pictures.
