But you might be able to get away with just plugging the hole in the airbox that the crank vent goes to.. And extending the vent line. If there is lubricant, then that could be the issue. If the primary were to go on to far, the cooling fins on the back of the clutch could hit the metal plate behind it. An 1/8th inch out is pretty far. Need some pictures.
