all the lost sectors bar the K-1 Revelation can be done in 5 mins or less. drop rates are fine for exotics, maybe some more cores wouldn't hurt or legendaries, but no way do you deserve exotics every other run for something that can take like 1 min 30 seconds

Legends will be easier, Masters have a better "chance" at a drop. You have to weigh time vs reward. If it takes 2-3 times longer to run a Master over a Legend and or you have a higher chance of failure, just run the Legend. You should get a drop around 10-20 runs on average, but it could be as few as 2-3 runs if RNG really likes you.

I've tracked loot from 164 legend lost sectors so far this season. My current drop rate is 26.22%, which is pretty much within expectations I'd say. RNG. The Master drop rate is higher, but it is not 2x as high.
