Do NOT use Valera Health. DO NOT USE VALERA FOR MENTAL HEALTH CARE!!! I love my provider. At first, when you are signing up everyone is very friendly and helpful. Once you give them a card, it is apparently fair game to charge you any amount they feel like. Once you get to that point it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone.
