First you would have to kill every zombie there (a LOT of zombies) and the road there is agonising to drive on, but it's a good place to settle and live off farming/foraging and not traveling as much. It's really a 1/10 base. Maybe 2/10, as it at least has a mostly intact wall. Other than that, it really has nothing going for it.The military base sucks. I went there when 4 months of in-game time had passed and reaching the base was a real struggle due to the trees and bushes growing on the road and blocking my path.On average you get 10 Military Backpacks, and 10 boxes of ammo. There are only two rooms that have lockers with ammo. You also get the best gear in the game for the summer. They do need to increase the amount of ammo you get, hopefully they'll finally finish the M16 soon and put it on the military zombies.
